In this video I’m testing out a new windmuff for my Canon G7X Mark II. This is the “Skinny” muff from Micromuff.
I think it does make a decent amount of difference in the usability of footage recorded outside!
This has been one of my main issues with the Canon. It generally records very good audio on the built in microphones (and sadly doesn’t have an external mic input) – but the video is often ruined by the loud wind noise.
