I’ve been looking for an inexpensive alternative to more pricey cell phone plans to add an additional line to my current setup. In this video, I’m taking a look at Visible Wireless, which runs on the Verizon network.

The base plan is $40/month which gets you unlimited calling, messages, and data – as well as the ability to tether a device (iPad, Laptop, etc). If you join their Party Pay program – you can get your monthly cost reduced down to $25/month. That’s a great deal if you ask me!
In this video, I talk about my experience so far as well as run various speed tests on an iPhone XS Max with the Visible SIM. I also tether an iPad and run a speed test with that to see how it throttles the bandwidth for hotspot devices. Lastly, I run a few tests on T-Mobile and AT&T for comparison.
