Apex Legends Gameplay Testing on HIGH Settings

I’ve had a few people reach out to see what the performance was like on the i9-9900K processor with NVidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super when playing Apex Legends on HIGH settings.

As you may or may not know, the out of the box framerate is capped at 144 fps with Apex. So you’ll see in the MSI Afterburner overlay, the fps stuck at right around 144 for this video. All of the settings were pegged at HIGH, and I switched it around a bit during the video so that you could see it didn’t make any difference.

I’m going to upload another video showing how to remove the fps cap and then see what kind of framerate I get with the graphics settings set to LOW.

Stay tuned for that in the next few days!
